What this website does itself§
The pages are static. They set no cookies, use no analytics, advertising or tracking, load no fonts, scripts or embedded content from other servers and contain no forms. A content security policy in each page enforces this. The operator therefore processes no personal data of visitors through the site itself.
Hosting and server logs (GitHub Pages)§
The site is hosted by GitHub, Inc. (USA) on GitHub Pages. According to GitHub's privacy statement, GitHub may collect technical information from visitors to a GitHub Pages site, including logs of visitor IP addresses, to maintain the security and integrity of the site and service. GitHub is an independent controller for these logs and the operator does not receive or use them. Purpose and legal basis: security and integrity of the service, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) on the part of GitHub and of the operator in a secure site. Transfer to the United States§
The host is in the United States. GitHub states that it generally relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) for transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (same source). Whether it also relies on other mechanisms such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework is to be read from GitHub's own documents.
E-mail§
If you write to a project address, the message and your address are used only to answer you and to deal with your matter (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted when the matter is closed, unless a legal duty requires otherwise. The mailboxes are forwarded to a private inbox of the steward.

Links lead to other sites with their own privacy practices. They are marked as external.
Your rights§
You have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), notification (19), data portability (20) and objection (21), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (77). Write to contact@sanadprotocol.org. The operator lives in the United Arab Emirates; the competent supervisory authority is to be named by the steward. Visitors from the European Union or the United Kingdom may also contact the authority of their own country. The Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates may also apply.
