Sanad is a one-person start with a public draft, a working reference implementation and a plan. The Support page lists the known costs, what a grant would add, the roles needed and the risks.

• What exists: the specification draft, 20 test vectors, the reference code, this site, an explainer.
• What is missing: a second steward, a legal entity, a trademark, independent implementations, reviews.
• What support would change: speed and independence, not the design. The design is open and free.
